探索柴油加氢装置原料性质对加氢反应的影响

英文摘要:The medium pressure hydrotreating experiment of diesel oil was carried out in a fixed bed hydrotreating pilot plant with mixed diesel oil of different properties as raw materials. The reaction path was discussed and the effect of the properties of raw materials on the reaction was investigated. The results show that when the aromatics content of feedstock is low, the aromatics saturation reaction and the cracking reaction of saturated hydrocarbons are more favorable. When the reaction temperature is low, the lower the nitrogen content and aromatics content in the feedstock, the easier the cracking reaction will occur; when the reaction temperature is high, the aromatics content in the feedstock has a more significant impact on the cracking reaction. The hydroupgrading process of diesel oil can be simplified as hydrogenation saturation reaction of aromatics to generate cycloalkanes, and the generated cycloalkanes and the original cycloalkanes in the feedstock are partially cracked to alkanes.
