中文摘要：为解决炼油厂重整装置高负荷运行下原料不足的问题，炼油厂通过流程调整，将FCC重汽油部分改进200万吨/年柴油加氢装置。在加工期间，石脑油产量大幅提高，同时也暴露出部分瓶颈问题。本文对200万吨/年柴油加氢装置掺炼FCC重汽油进行技术分析，对运行瓶颈制定了相应解决措施。
英文摘要：In order to solve the problem of insufficient feedstock in the reforming unit under high load operation, the refinery improved the heavy gasoline part of FCC to 2 million tons / year diesel hydrotreating unit through process adjustment. During the processing period, naphtha production increased significantly, but also exposed some bottleneck problems. In this paper, the technical analysis of Blending FCC heavy gasoline in 2 million tons / year diesel hydrotreating unit is carried out, and corresponding measures to solve the operation bottleneck are formulated.
