中文摘要:为了确定大庆石化公司水气厂腈纶污水装置更换活性炭炭泥絮凝药剂后,新药剂在实际生产中的投药量,达到最佳絮凝效果,保证水质的合格排放,通过絮凝实验对比研究巴斯夫PAM和北京恒聚PAM的絮凝效果,取腈纶污水活性炭曝气池混合液,分析两种絮凝剂在不同投加量下对絮凝效果的影响。实验结果表明,处理相同的混合溶液,恒聚PAM的最佳投加量是巴斯夫PAM最佳投加量的2倍,当恒聚PAM的投加量为巴斯夫PAM的1.75~2倍时,能达到巴斯夫PAM相近的絮凝效果。
英文摘要:In order to determine the dosage of the new agent in the actual production after replacing the flocculant of activated carbon sludge in the acrylic wastewater treatment plant of Daqing Petrochemical Company, to achieve the best flocculating effect and ensure the qualified discharge of water quality, the flocculating effect of BASF PAM and Beijing Hengju PAM was studied through the flocculating experiment, and the mixed liquid of the activated carbon aeration tank of acrylic wastewater was taken, and the differences between the two flocculants were analyzed The effect of dosage on flocculation effect. The experimental results show that the best dosage of PAM is twice as much as that of BASF PAM in the same mixed solution. When the dosage of PAM is 1.75 ~ 2 times as much as that of BASF PAMnit can reach。
