中文摘要:文中阐述了某石化公司空分冷箱运行年限超期,内部保冷效果下降的实际现状。分析冷箱保冷材料干燥度的影响及维护,通过空分装置专业设计厂家的技术指导及车间近期更新改造装置的密封气供应系统的设计安装布局,自主设计了冷箱密封气供应系统的升级优化改进方案,利用装置大检修时机将优化改进方案在冷箱内外部进行安装实施,装置启动生产后冷箱密封气供应系统运行取得较好效果。
英文摘要:This paper described that the cooling box of the air separation unit had ran too long time to exceed the time limit in a petrochemical company and its internal cooling effect decreased in the actual situation. The influence of the drying degree of thermal insulation material in the cooling box and its maintenance were analyzed. Base on the technical guidance from the professional design manufacturer of air separation device and the recent experience of the workshop in updating and transforming the sealed gas supply system of the cooling box, we independently provided a improvement project to upgrade and optimize the sealed gas supply system of the cooling box. The optimization and improvement plan was installed and implemented for all part of the cooling box during the overhaul work, and the sealed gas supply system of cooling box ran well after the device was started.
