中文摘要:硫磺回收装置采用Claus + SCOT技术处理尾气时,受装置低负荷运行及异常波动等影响,尾气中SO2含量大,不能满足环保排放要求。通过技术核算,进行了将该部分尾气引至催化裂化装置催化剂再生烟气脱硫塔(BELCO公司的EDV湿法烟气洗涤技术)脱硫处理的技术改造。改造后,脱硫处理的混合烟气中SO2含量为5.0mg/m³,避免了Claus + SCOT技术尾气焚烧后SO2直接排放污染大气,实现了达标排放,且装置运行平稳,未增加能耗和化工原材料消耗,有效解决了硫磺回收装置尾气排放不合格的难题。
英文摘要:When the sulfur recovery unit adopts Claus + SCOT technology to treat the exhaust gas, due to the low load operation and abnormal fluctuation of the device, the SO2 content in the exhaust gas is large, which cannot meet the environmental protection emission requirements. Through technical calculations, a technical transformation was conducted to introduce the exhaust gas to the catalytic regeneration flue gas desulfurization tower of FCC unit (EDV wet scrubbing technology of BELCO company) for desulfurization treatment. After the transformation, the SO2 content in the mixed flue gas after desulfurization treatment is 5.0mg/m³, which avoids the direct emission of SO2 into the atmosphere after the exhaus gas incineration of the Claus + SCOT technology, and achieves the standard emission, and the device operates stably without increasing energy consumption and consumption of chemical raw materials,effectively solving the problem of unqualified exhaust emission emission of sulfur recovery unit.
