高温蒸汽管道焊接接头缺陷失效分析与安全评定

中文摘要:当管道内部含有超标缺陷且不易消除时,如何保证这些带病管道安全运行是工程界经常遇到的难题之一。本文以某高温蒸汽管道为例,通过有限元分析对含缺陷管道的强度进行计算,再根据GB/T 19624标准对超标缺陷进行安全评定,为后续管道的安全使用提供数据支撑。
英文摘要:How to ensure the safe operation of pipes with defects was one of the problems often encountered in the engineering,when it was not easy to eliminate them.In this paper, the strengths of steam pipes operated in high temperature environment were analyzed using finite element method, and risks of dangerous locations with defects beyond tolerancewere assessed by terms in GB/T 19624 standard.It could give technical supports for safety evaluation of pipes containing defects.
