英文摘要:This article introduces a series of processes including loading, activation, initial activation stability, and oil diversion of a RS-2100 catalyst in a 1.2Mt / a diesel hydrorefining unit. The results show that in the second-line straight-run diesel as raw material oil, the circulating hydrogen desulfurization system is not Under the conditions of operation, reactor inlet temperature of 326°C and hydrogen-oil ratio of 300 and whsv of 1.5h-1, the cetane number of refined diesel increased by 3.3 units, sulfur content was less than 10 μg / g, desulfurization rate was greater than 99%, and denitrification rate was greater than 99. %, The catalyst has a good operating effect, and can meet the demand for high-quality diesel oil in the country's VI quality.
