中文摘要:本文简单介绍了三柱塞往复式高压泵(以下简称高压泵)的结构和工作原理。针对高压泵在使用过程中存在盘根泄露、柱塞大堵头泄露和倒缸故障率高的现象,分析了具体原因,提出了针对盘根、柱塞、大堵头和高压缸缸头的改造方案。经改进后,有效降低了设备故障率,节约了生产成本,保证了生产长正常进行。同时,为该类设备的检修和设计提供了一定思路。
英文摘要: This paper briefly introduces the structure and working principle of three-plunger reciprocating high-pressure pump. In view of the phenomenon of disc root leakage, plunger head leakage and high failure rate of inverted cylinder in the process of operation of high pressure pump, the concrete reasons are analyzed, and the revamping scheme for disc root, plunger, large plug and high pressure cylinder head is put forward. After the improvement, the equipment failure rate is effectively reduced, the production cost is saved, and the long-term production is ensured. At the same time, it provides some ideas for the maintenance and design of this kind of equipment.
