高压换热器Ω密封环泄漏分析及改造措施

中文摘要:高压换热器是炼油加氢装置的核心设备之一[1]。某制加氢装置原料油与反应产物高压换热器E1103B(以下简称E1103B)采用的是Ω环式的密封结构,该换热器Ω密封环近几年多次发生泄漏,严重影响制加氢装置的安全长周期运行。针对该高压换热器泄漏的原因进行了详细分析,综合考虑换热器密封结构、设备材质、工艺操作条件、操作介质的组分、温度、压力等影响因素,采取了相应的改造措施,将易发生泄漏的Ω密封环改造为焊唇式密封结构。从目前换热器的改造应用效果来看,彻底解决了换热器频繁泄漏的问题。
英文摘要:The high-pressure heat exchanger E1103B (hereinafter referred to as E1103B) of raw oil and reaction product of a hydrogenation unit adopts the seal structure of Ω ring. The Ω ring of the heat exchanger leaks many times in recent years, which seriously affects the safe and long-term operation of the hydrogenation unit. The causes of the leakage of the high-pressure heat exchanger are analyzed in detail, and the influencing factors such as the sealing structure of the heat exchanger, the material of the equipment, the operating conditions of the process, the components of the operating medium, the temperature and the pressure are comprehensively considered. The corresponding transformation measures are taken to transform the Ω sealing ring which is easy to leak into the welding lip sealing structure. From the perspective of the application effect of the current heat exchanger transformation, the problem of frequent leakage of the heat exchanger has been completely solved.
