中文摘要：汽油调合是炼油厂汽油生产的最后一道工序，也是成品汽油生产的关键环节，由于油品各指标并非全部呈线性关系变化，使得调合前的比例计算非常困难，所以汽油调合的比例配比一直以来都是生产过程中的难点。使用在线调合软件配合高性能分析仪表实现汽油在线调合，能够极大提高调合准确性和经济效益，这也是当前国际上的普遍做法。在哈萨克斯坦PKOP炼油厂改造项目中，增加投用一套Honeywell汽油在线调合系统，取得了非常好的效果。
英文摘要：Gasoline blending, the last process of gasoline production of oil refinery, is the critical step for its production. Due to the fact that each indice of the gasoline does not change in a linear way, it will be very difficult to calculate percentage of each blending in advance which always remains a difficult step in its production. As a common international practice, utilization of online blending software in tandem with high-performance instrument analysis to meet requirement of gasoline blending will tremendously improve the blending precision and its economic profitability. Very good performance and results have been achieved by installing one set of Honeywell gasoline blending system in modernization upgrading project of PKOP.
