环流泡沫分离稠油炼制废水研究

中文摘要:本文采用多级环流泡沫分离反应器处理超稠油炼制污水。研究了环流气浮分离乳化油的装置,选择氯化铝作为絮凝助剂,以聚丙烯酰胺为助凝剂,确定了可有效分离絮凝物的表面活性剂SDS,研究了环流气浮分离塔的结构和pH、通气量、助剂浓度等工艺参数对处理效果的影响,建立环流气浮分离焦化车间废水中乳化油的实验研究装置和基本工艺,并采用正交试验对连续环流气浮分离乳化油的工艺进行了优化。采用结构优化的环流气浮塔,优化的条件连续气浮分离焦化车间废水中的乳化油,COD的去除率可达93%。
英文摘要:In this paper, a multistage circulating foam separation reactor was used to treat the refining wastewater of super heavy oil. Air flotation separation of emulsified oil in circulation device is studied, and the choice aluminium chloride as a flocculating agent, polyacrylamide as coagulant aid, determine the effective separation of floc surfactant SDS, and studies the structure and circulation air flotation separation tower pH, the concentration of ventilation, additives, and other process parameters on the effects of the treatment to establish circulation air flotation separation in coking plant wastewater experiment devices and basic technology of emulsified oil, and using the orthogonal experiment of continuous air flotation separation of emulsified oil in circulation process is optimized.The COD removal rate can be up to 93% by using the circulation air floatation tower.
