英文摘要： This chapter introduces the X-ray fluorescence spectrometry analysis. It mainly summarizes the newly developing techniques and further trends of the X-ray Fluorescence Spectrometry method to analyze the elements used in the new material catalyst , and the new materials for FCC catalyst carry out research to provide reference in China.
