自动反冲洗过滤器在连续重整装置中的应用

中文摘要:某石化公司60万吨/年连续重整装置所使用的原料过滤器为栏式过滤器,在实际使用中存在诸多问题,不能够过滤掉原料携带的机械杂质等是造成装置预加氢压降升高的主要原因,影响装置的长周期运行。经调研了解并综合各方意见,决定在原料进装置前新增自动反冲洗型过滤器,其运行结果表明:过滤器运行良好,预加氢系统反应器压降稳定,解决了预加氢反应器压降快速上升的问题,取得了好的过滤效果和较大的经济效益,从而保障了装置的长周期运行。
英文摘要:The raw material filter used in a petrochemical company's 600,000-ton/year continuous reforming device is a column type filter. There are many problems in actual use, and the failure to filter out the mechanical impurities carried by the raw material is the main reason for the increase of pre-hydrogenation pressure drop of the device, which affects the long-term operation of the device. Through the research to understand and consider all views, new type automatic backwash filters, the running results show that the filters running well, hydrogenation reactor pressure drop stability, solve the problems in the process of the hydrogenation reactor pressure drop rising fast, has obtained the good filtering effect and large economic benefits, so as to ensure the long period operation of the device.
