利用AE检测技术实现大型原油储罐的在线检测

中文摘要:与传统的储罐底板检测方法相比,AE检测方法是一种在线、高效、经济的方法,不需要清罐、置换、打磨,几小时内就可对罐底板整体完成检测。本文利用声发射(AE)检测技术,实现了对大型原油储罐底板腐蚀状态的在线检测,利用AE设备及传感器探测、记录、分析,进而判断声发射源,从而获取底板腐蚀状态的相关信息,通过分析事件定位及通道撞击图,结合AE特征参数,从而判定储罐底板所处的腐蚀活性状态。分析了在役原油储罐的腐蚀机理。结果表明,AE检测技术能准确实现储罐底板的在线腐蚀状态检测,可为后期储罐使用及维护提供相应的对策。
英文摘要:Compared with the traditional method of tank floor detection, the AE detection is an on-line, efficient and economical method. It neednot to clear the tank, replace, and grinding, and can complete the test of the whole tank floor within a few hours. In this paper, by using AE detection technology, the on-line detection of corrosion state of large crude oil tank floor is realized. Using AE equipment and sensors to detect, record and analyze the sound emission source, and obtain the related information of the corrosion state. Through the analysis of the location map of the events and the impact map of the channel, and the combination of the AE special. So as to determine the corrosion active state of the tank floor. The corrosion mechanism of crude oil storage tank in service is analyzed. The results show that AE detection technology can accurately realize on-line corrosion detection of tank bottom plate, and can provide corresponding countermeasures for later tank use and maintenance.
