中文摘要:大型低温液氧储罐的移动式压力容器充装线要符合移动式压力容器充装许可规则。尽量避免移动式压力容器充装过程因失误而造成液氧泄漏事故,保证低温液氧充装过程的安全。因此,充装线上的紧急切断阀、拉断阀、安全阀、充装辅助设施需要不断改进而确保更加安全可靠。本论文将介绍液氧储罐的内部结构及充装线,阐述安装有防止装卸用管拉脱得联锁保护紧急拉断阀的工作原理及效果。
英文摘要:The filling routing of mobile pressure vessels which are from large cryogenic liquid oxygen storage tanks should comply with the filling permit rules of mobile pressure vessels. To avoid the leakage of liquid oxygen caused by mistakes in the filling process of mobile pressure vessels, and make sure the safety of the filling process of cryogenic liquid oxygen. Therefore, the emergency shutoff valve, shutoff valve, safety valve and filling auxiliary facilities on the filling routing need to be improved continuously to ensure more safety and reliability. This paper mainly introduces the internal structure and filling routing of liquid oxygen storage tank, and expounds the working principle and effect of the emergency pull-off valve with interlock protection of the tube to prevent loading and unloading.
