中文摘要：2016年2月初，由于大检修开工后原油性质复杂，致使洛阳石化电脱盐污水含油量超标。通过对影响电脱盐效率因素的分析，并对主要影响因素进行调整，最终较快地恢复电脱盐污水含油量。不仅减小对环境的污染，也减小对下游装置的负荷。
英文摘要：In early February 2016, the crude oil is complex after overhaul of the whole company, which causing the amount of oil in sewage has exceeded the standard of electric desalination system in SINOPEC Luoyang Company. Through analyzed about the factors, and adjust the main, it had returned to normal quickly. It not only reduces the pollution to the environment, but also reduces the load on the downstream device.
