催化裂化预提升工艺研究进展

中文摘要:催化剂的预分配状况对提升管内气固接触效率、轻质油收率、焦炭和干气产率等起着相当重要的作用。本文结合气固两相在提升管内的流动特点,从气固流动规律、结构形式、预提升介质等方面对近年来国内外普遍使用的催化裂化提升管预提升段的结构特点、预提升效果等进行了分析,总结了近年来预提升结构的研究进展。可以发现随着研究的不断深入,这些结构优化的预提升器,使得提升管内催化剂分布更加均匀,油剂接触更加充分,提高了目的产品的收率,使系统的压力、密度波动及振动减少,设备结焦减少,同时提高了装置的操作弹性。
英文摘要:The pre distribution of catalyst plays a very important role in improving the gas solid contact efficiency, light oil yield, coke and dry gas yield. Based on flow characteristics of gas solid two phase flow in riser,this paper analyzes the structure and pre lifting effect of the pre lifting section in the FCC riser which were commonly used at home and aboard in recent years from the law of gas-solid flow ,the structure form, the pre lifting medium and so on. And summarizes the research progress of pre lifting structure in recent years. It can be found with the deepening of the research, the optimized structure of lifting device can make more uniform distribution of catalyst, make oil contact more fully, improve product yield. It can also reduce the system pressure, the density fluctuations, vibration and cooking, and improve the operation flexibility of the unit.
