催化裂化装置节能改造效果分析

中文摘要:洛阳石化Ⅱ套催化裂化装置为1.4Mt/a两器同轴式,再生方式采用单器单段逆流完全再生。2015年大检修期间对装置进行系列节能改造,再生器增加7组3.5MPa蒸汽过热盘管,对原料油换热流程进行改造,增加原料油和柴油换热流程,对两机汽轮机产生的0.3MPa乏汽进行回收。改造后,装置热量得到有效利用,可多产高品质3.5MPa过热汽29t/h,分馏汽包增产2.2t/h的3.5MPa饱和蒸汽,除氧器节约2.7t/h的1.0MPa蒸汽。经效益核算,年增效855.6万元。
英文摘要:Sinopec Luoyang Company’s NO.2 Fluid catalytic cracking unit is a coaxial unit with processing capacity of 1.4Mt/a and is designed single stage countercurrent complete regeneration. During major overhaul in 2015, several energy-saving programs for the unit were conducted including adding 7 groups of 3.5MPa steam overheating coils in the regenerator, reconstructing the feedstock heat exchange process with adding heat exchange process between diesel and feedstock, recovering 0.3MPa exhausted steam from steam turbine oil pumps of the main blower and wet gas compressor. As a result of the above measures, the heat of the unit was effectively utilized .The production of 3.5MPa superheated steam increased by 29t/h, and the production of 3.5MPa saturated steam produced from fraction steam drum increased by 2.2t/h. The 1.0MPa steam consumption in deaerator decreased by 2.7t/h . After economic accounting the annual benefits were worth 8.556 million Yuan.
