中文摘要:汽轮机转子末级叶片断裂,通过采用计算、强度分析、振动分析和测频等方法,得出叶片断裂的主要原因为多源疲劳断裂。由于叶片安装时没有挤紧,致使叶片松动,导致叶片与转子发生低频共振,在蒸汽弯曲应力的作用下引起疲劳破坏叶片最终断裂。本文提出更换叶片和拉筋材质、修改叶型,改变叶片频率、在拉筋孔处加上凸台等方法对叶片进行改造。投入使用后,该汽轮机运行平稳。
英文摘要:Turbine rotor last stage blade is fault, through the calculation, strength analysis, vibration analysis and frequency measurement method, the main causes of blade fracture for multi-source fatigue fracture. Because there is a blade installation no squeezing, causing the blade loose, the rotor blades and the occurrence of low frequency resonance caused by fatigue failure of blade, the final fracture in steam bending stress under the action . This article presents the replacement blade and lacing material, modified leaf type, change leaf frequency, carries on the transformation to the blade in the lacing hole plus convex method. After being put into use, the turbine operated stably.
