克拉玛依油田无碱复合驱用表面活性剂的研究及应用

中文摘要:我国化学复合驱经历了由聚合物驱→强碱三元驱→弱碱三元驱三个历程,由于碱的存在,带来了注入工艺复杂,体系粘度大幅降低,采出液乳化严重,结垢和腐蚀加剧的问题。无碱复合驱技术能有效避免上述情况,但对表面活性剂的性能要求更加苛刻,原有产品不能满足二元复合驱的性能要求。克拉玛依油田从优化原料组成结构、优化磺化工艺入手,研究出适合二元驱油用的石油磺酸盐原料;利用高效喷雾分散方式,大幅度提高磺化气液接触面积,解决生产技术瓶颈,实现连续清洁化工业生产;创新表活剂复配增效技术,完善二元驱油体系配方,实现了无碱条件下的超低界面张力,模拟岩心驱油效率达到20%以上。
英文摘要: Chinese chemical combination flooding experienced three courses from polymer flooding, strong alkali triaxial flooding to weak base triaxial flooding. The existence of alkali brought the problems of complex process, dramatically reduced system viscosity, serious produced fluid, and aggravation of scaling as well as corrosion. Although alkali-free combination flooding can effectively avoid the situation mentioned above, it has stricter performance requirement for surfactant and the original products cannot satisfy the performance requirement of binary combination flooding. Started with optimizing material composition and sulfonation process, Karamay Oilfield studied out the petroleum sulfonate that is suitable for the use of binary flooding fluid. The application of efficient spray dispersing mode has greatly improved the contact area of sulfonation gas and liquid, resolved the bottleneck of production technology and realized continuous clean industrial production. Meanwhile, the innovative surfactant formulation and synergistic technology perfected the formula of binary flooding fluid and realized ultra low interfacial tension under alkali-free condition with simulated core flushing efficiency reaching to more than 20%.
