中文摘要:结合PED-01催化剂在兰州石化6万吨/年苯乙烯装置上的应用情况,为了使其综合性能更优,从制备工艺着手对其进行了改进,并对改进前、后的PED-01催 化剂开展了对比评价;另外,还采用多种分析表征手段研究了改进前、后PED-01催化剂的物性变化情况。结果表明,改进后的PED-01催化剂较改进前的在维持原有良好催化性能的基础上,显著提高了催化剂的堆密度和强度。
英文摘要:Combined with the application of PED-01 catalyst in a 60 kt/a styrene unit of Lanzhou Petrochemical Company,PetroChina, In order to make its comprehensive performance better, the preparation process of catalyst was improved. The comparison and evaluation were carried out before and after the improvement of the PED-01 catalyst. In addition, the changes of physical properties of PED-01 catalysts before and after modification were studied by means of a variety of analysis and characterization methods.The results show that on the basis of maintaining the original good catalytic performance the stacking density and strength of the improved PED-01 catalyst were significantly increased.
