中文摘要:本文介绍了采用GARDES技术设计建设的大庆石化130万吨/年汽油加氢脱硫装置运行情况。2015年9月在100%负荷下完成了国Ⅴ调和汽油标定工作,标定结果表明,在全负荷状态下,通过GARDES工艺技术,混合汽油产品的硫含量≤12mg/kg、硫醇硫含量≤0.0010%(质量分数)、烯烃含量≤32%(体积分数)、RON损失为1.0~1.2个单位。满足炼油厂生产国Ⅴ调和汽油要求,解决了企业汽油质量升级的重大问题。
英文摘要:This paper introduces Industrial application of the GARDES technology in 1.3Mt/year FCC gasoline hydrogenation unit of Daqing Petrochemical is presented,starting and operation of the unit are introduced.In September 2015,completed V in gasoline of reconciling Calibration under the load of 100%.calibration results show, under full load condition, the GARDES technology,the sulfur content of gasoline product can be below≤12mg/kg, the s-mercaptan content can be below ≤0.0010% (mass fraction),olefin content content can be below ≤32%(volume fraction),RON loss of 1.0~1.2 units.V in gasoline of reconciling are meeting refinery production of requirements,Gasoline upgrading problem was well resolved by applying the GARDES technology in Daqing Petrochemical.
