中文摘要：本文论述了辛醇装置缩合系统辛烯醛换热器的腐蚀机理以及防护措施，着重从形貌观察、成分分析、力学性能测试、材料组织、金相分析等多个角度对1569辛烯醛换热器的腐蚀进行深入分析，确定了换热器腐蚀形成的主要原因、发生的部位。针对辛烯醛换热器腐蚀产生的机理，提出了预防腐蚀的措施和建议，为换热器选材、结构设计、日常使用、检修等方面提供了科学的依据。
英文摘要：This paper discusses the corrosion mechanism and protective measures of 2-EH unit condensation system 2-octenal heat exchanger.The corrosion causation of 2-octenal heat exchanger 1569 is analyzed in depth from the aspects of morphology observation, composition analysis, mechanical properties, microstructure and metallographic analysis etc. The main cause and the place of corrosion formation of the 2-octenal heat exchanger are determined. The preventive measures and suggestions aiming at the corrosion mechanism of the heat exchanger are put forward in this paper. It provides scientific basis for selecting material, structure design, daily use and maintenance of heat exchanger.
